Messaging with your coach

Access messaging

Messaging icon at the top right of the home screen.

Your conversations

One conversation per coach space you're enrolled in. All coaches of the space have access to the conversation: your messages are visible to the entire coaching team.

Program channels

Each program has a channel where your coach can send group updates (announcements, reminders). You can react with emojis but not post. For direct exchange, use the 1:1 conversation.

Send messages

• Text: classic, delivered in real time.
• Photo / video: up to 100 MB per file.
• Voice message: hold the mic button to record, release to send. Auto-transcribed into text.

Reply to a message

Long-press on a message, pick Reply. The quoted message shows above your reply.

Reactions

Long-press a message to react with an emoji. Toggle to add/remove.

Delete a message

Long-press on your own messages, pick delete. Permanent.

No coach to contact

If you're not enrolled in any program, messaging tells you so. Enroll in a program to start a conversation with a coach.
