Calendar or session-based split

Classic calendar (Mon-Sun) or numbered sessions (S1, S2, S3). Ideal for push/pull/legs splits without fixed days: 4 or 5 sessions/week with no date constraint.

Session debrief

At the end of every session, the athlete logs mood, RPE on a 1-10 scale and duration. You read the real intensity of each workout.

Wellness score

Composite score from 0 to 100 built on sleep, stress, recovery, soreness and fatigue. You see the trend and adjust volume before the next phase.

You get 14 days of free trial without a card. After that, three plans: Solo at 19 €/month (up to 20 athletes), Team at 49 €/month (up to 50 athletes, unlimited coaches), Pro at 79 €/month (unlimited athletes and coaches). The minimum price for a paid program is 5 €, and a trial period of up to 30 days is available for your athletes.
