References to these trademarks on the Platform are made for purely descriptive and informational purposes (nominative fair use), in order to indicate the nature or compatibility of the programs offered by the coaches using the Platform. No use of these trademarks shall be interpreted as a claim of right or a suggestion of affiliation.
