Team calendar or individual sessions

Internal load in AU (Foster sRPE)

Every session is rated RPE 1-10 and duration. Internal load aggregates each week over 12 weeks. Foster method, direct read of the load actually absorbed.

ACWR (Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio)

Ratio of acute load (7d) over chronic (28d). Optimal zone 0.8-1.3, alert above 1.5. Gabbett method, essential for managing injury risk in team settings.

Wellness score and insights

Score 0-100 on sleep, stress, recovery, soreness, fatigue. Over 12 weeks, the app produces plain-language summaries you can export ahead of a medical staff meeting.
