I don't get the code or the email

The 6-digit code

• Check your spam and your Promotions or Updates tabs. The code is also in the email subject.
• A code is valid for 10 minutes. After that, tap Resend code (available after 60 seconds).
• One address receives 5 codes per hour at most. Beyond that, wait before trying again.
• Check the address you typed: a typo sends the code somewhere else.

Forgot your password

On the login screen, Forgot password? sends you a reset link, valid for 60 minutes.

Your coach's payment link

An individual coaching link expires after 60 days. If it shows This link is no longer valid, ask your coach to send it again: it is valid for another 60 days.

The free invitation

An invitation is tied to the exact email address that received it, and stays valid for 60 days. If you are logged in with another address, the app shows This invitation is for...: log out, then log in or create your account with the right address.

Your email is not recognized in the app

If the app does not recognize an address that works on unbrokn.fit, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store. Your data is tied to your account: nothing is lost.
