Coach notification types
Last updated: April 20, 2026
How it works
Notifications show up in the left panel of your dashboard, sorted by date. Click to open the detail or linked action. Delete individually (cross on hover). The Clear all button at the top removes every notification in the workspace at once.
Athlete activity
- Session completed: an athlete validated a session (with their mood and notes if any).
- New PR: an athlete broke a personal record.
- Negative mood: an athlete reported a hard session (Hard or Meh).
- Inactivity: an athlete hasn't trained in a few days.
- Injury reported: an athlete declared an injury. Handle promptly.
- Weekly check-in received: an athlete filled out your weekly follow-up form.
- Check-in alert: a check-in response flagged a concerning pattern (low sleep over weeks, recurring pain, etc.).
Enrollments and payments
- New enrollment: an athlete joined a program.
- Questionnaire response: an athlete submitted your perso questionnaire and is waiting for a price.
- Payment received: a Stripe payment landed in your account.
- Subscription canceled: an athlete canceled their subscription.
- Payment failed: a Stripe charge failed (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.).
Best practice
Prioritize injuries and payment failures. Negative moods and inactivity are signals to watch for adjusting your coaching.
