Your Unbrokn subscription

Where to manage it

From a browser, on unbrokn.fit: Settings, My information tab, My subscription. Only the owner of the space (the person who created it) manages the subscription. It cannot be managed in the mobile app.

The 30-day trial

• 30 days with no card, with every feature and no limit on athletes or coaches.
• A reminder by email and notification 3 days, then 1 day before the end.
• You can pick your plan during the trial: you will only be charged at the end of the trial period.
• One trial per coach. A new space created later starts without a trial.

When the trial ends without a plan

Your coach space shows Pick a plan to keep using Unbrokn. You can pick a plan, switch space or delete the space, nothing else. Nothing is erased, and your athletes keep their app and messaging.

Choose or change plan

1. Open My subscription.
2. Pick Monthly billing or Yearly (2 months free).
3. Click Subscribe or Change plan. On your current plan, Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly only changes the period.

One fits if you have 10 athletes or fewer and no coach in your team. What counts: your active, paused and payment-failed athletes, plus those you added who are pending sign-up. If your volume exceeds a plan, its card shows Volume too high. Plan details in Unbrokn pricing.

Invoices and card

Manage invoices opens the Stripe portal: change your card and download your invoices there. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code: the prices shown are the prices you pay.

If a payment fails

1. You get an email and a notification, and a Your last payment failed banner shows up.
2. Click Update my card.
3. You have 7 days with no interruption. After that, your coach space is blocked until your card is updated.

Your athletes are never cut off.

Cancel

At the bottom of My subscription, Cancel my subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can click Resume my subscription until then. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription, immediately.
