1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a given period.

Cookies subject to your consent
They are only set after you agree through the cookie banner, and never if you refuse. Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta pixel are never loaded in the mobile app, and the Meta pixel is never loaded in your signed-in area either, except on the page that confirms your coach sign-up.

Third-party content
Exercise videos embedded by your coach are played through YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you start a video, YouTube may set its own trackers, governed by Google's policy. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's servers.
3. Local storage (localStorage)
The Platform also uses your browser or app storage:
- Interface preferences: theme, sidebar, collapsed library folders, messaging panel position and size, website chat open state, planning recaps, dismissed Health card
- Coach tools: blocks copied to the planning and library clipboard
- Mobile app: last Health sync date, last review request date, conversation to open from a notification, notification token pending upload
- Session storage: choice to continue on desktop
This data stays on your device, except the notification token, which is sent to our servers to deliver notifications and then removed from local storage. PostHog also uses local storage, only with your consent.
4. Managing your choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise cookies subject to consent on the website; in the app, a prompt from your device lets you accept or refuse audience measurement. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and closing the banner counts as a refusal. None of these cookies is set before you choose. Your choice is kept for 6 months, then asked again. You can change it at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of the website pages, through "Manage my cookies" in your profile or settings, or through the button below.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
Deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from working normally (login, navigation).
5. Retention period
The lifetime of each cookie is shown in the tables above. Cookies subject to consent have a maximum lifetime of 13 months, and the data collected through them is kept for 25 months at most.
