Hosting
The application and its database run on a server in Frankfurt, Germany. Photos, videos and voice messages are stored with Cloudflare. Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS).
Security and data
Where your space's and your athletes' data lives, who can see it, and what everyone can do with it.
Backups
The database is backed up every day. Backups are encrypted and copied off the server.
Payments
Payments go through Stripe. Unbrokn never sees or stores a full card number or its security code, only the card type and its last 4 digits.
Health data
Feeling, effort, injuries, check-ins, weight, measurements and progress photos are only saved after the athlete's explicit consent, given in a dedicated window and timestamped. Without it, the athlete uses the app as usual: sessions and scores are still saved.
Withdrawing consent
The athlete can withdraw consent at any time from their profile. No new health data is saved from then on, and they can ask for the data already entered to be erased.
Who sees what
An athlete's data is visible to their coach and the members of the coach's space, for their follow-up. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Account deletion
Coaches and athletes delete their own account, from their profile or settings. Data is erased from the live database right away, then from encrypted backups as they rotate out.

Access, correction, erasure, portability, objection: write to contact@unbrokn.fit. You get an answer within a month.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and campaign measurement only load with your consent, given in the cookie banner. Screens showing health data or messages are masked in session recordings.
What Unbrokn is not
Unbrokn is a training follow-up tool. It is not a certified health data host (HDS under French law): it must not be used to store medical care data.
