Why payment happens in the browser

App Store and Play Store rules regulate payments inside apps. So you enroll on unbrokn.fit, in your browser, then find your program in the app.

What you see in the app

On a program page, instead of the purchase button, a box says: To enroll, open this link from your browser: unbrokn.fit.

1. Tap Copy link. The message Link copied confirms it.
2. Paste the link in Safari, Chrome or your usual browser.
3. Finish enrollment and payment on Stripe.
4. Back in the app, the program shows in My programs.

The payment link received by email

• iPhone: an individual coaching payment link opens in your browser, not in the app. iOS keeps the list of links handled by the app in memory: after an update, it may still open the app for a few days. In that case, use Copy link.
• Android: the link may open in the app, which shows the same box. Copy the link and open it in your browser.

Your account is the same everywhere

The mobile app and the website share the same account. You log in with the same email and password. Your enrollments, scores and conversations are synced.

Security

Unbrokn stores no banking data. All payments go through Stripe, straight to your coach.
