Why Stripe?
Stripe handles all payments on Unbrokn. Connecting Stripe is mandatory to sell your programs. Without Stripe, your programs stay hidden from the marketplace.
Connect your account
- Open Finance in the side menu.
- Click Connect Stripe.
- You're redirected to Stripe Express: enter your personal info, bank details and ID.
- Once Stripe validates, you're brought back to Unbrokn automatically.
Documents Stripe asks for
- ID (national ID card or passport).
- Bank account details for payouts.
- Personal address.
- For a registered company: business registration number or articles of incorporation.
Stripe validation usually takes between a few minutes and 48 hours. You can configure programs in the meantime: they stay hidden from the marketplace until validation completes.
Verified badge
As soon as Stripe confirms your identity, your space displays a verified badge. It reassures your athletes and unlocks publishing to the marketplace.
Receive your payouts
Your revenue lands on your bank account on Stripe's default schedule (typically T+7 in France). Manage the schedule and check your payouts via the Stripe dashboard linked from the Finance tab.
Unbrokn pricing
Your coach subscription is billed separately. Details in the Unbrokn pricing article. Athlete payments land on your Stripe account and are transferred to your bank.
Stripe issue?
If your Stripe account stays pending or gets rejected, log in to dashboard.stripe.com to complete missing details (ID, bank info, proof of business). Unbrokn can't modify your Stripe account directly.
