Video library and tags
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Where to find it
Programs menu, Videos tab. Videos you name in an exercise land there automatically.
Add a video
- Click Add a video.
- Pick YouTube link or Upload a file (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, MOV or WebM).
- Give it a Name, a Description if useful (cue, variation) and Tags.
- Click Add.
Organize with tags
- Manage tags: create, rename or delete your tags. Deleting a tag keeps the videos.
- On a card, the Tag button adds or removes several tags at once.
- Tick several videos to tag or remove them in one go.
Find a video
Search by name or description, click a tag (All, Untagged or one of yours), or Filter by type: YouTube, video file, image. Each card shows how many exercises use the video.
On a card
Preview, Edit, Copy link, Remove from library. Removing a video from the library does not remove it from the exercises that use it.
In an exercise
In the exercise form, Add a video opens your library with search and tags. Click a video to add it, and add several in a row if needed. See Exercises.
