Last updated: April 20, 2026
Access planning
Click Planning in the side menu. Pick the program to plan in the top dropdown. For perso programs, also pick the athlete.
Navigation
- Weekly view (Monday to Sunday for semi-perso and perso, or Day 1 to Day 7 for one-shot).
- Left/right arrows to navigate between weeks.
- Each weekday can be collapsed or expanded individually, state is remembered per day.
Add a block
Click the + button of a day to open the block form. See Workout blocks for all fields.
Reorder
Drag and drop blocks to change their order within a day. Order is saved automatically.
Copy, paste, duplicate
- Select: left-click hold on a day (or right-click) to enter selection mode, then add more days.
- Copy: context menu or Cmd/Ctrl+C.
- Paste: on one or more target days. Blocks distribute intelligently.
- Duplicate a block: from its menu, creates a copy in the same day.
Notepad per day
Each day has a notepad to add:
- Notes for the session.
- Equipment list.
- Objectives of the session.
Save as template
Select one or more days and use Save as template from the toolbar. Your template lands in the library and can be reinjected into any program (see Template library).
Athlete preview mode
Click Athlete preview to see exactly what the athlete sees (their week, their scores if any, their weekly check-in). Useful to check before publishing.
Notify your athletes
You can send a push notification to all athletes in the program from the planning. Optionally send an email in parallel.
Display mode: calendar or session
Toggle in the planning header (numbered list icon). Two modes:
- Calendar (default): Mon-Sun layout, athlete sees their planning by date.
- Session: the week is filtered to non-empty days, labeled S1, S2, S3... for the athlete. Useful when athletes don't train on fixed days.
For semi-perso, the mode is set at the program level (shared). For perso, the mode is set per athlete (each can have their own display). One-shots are always in calendar mode.
Weekly check-in
Enable the weekly check-in from the program settings (Weekly check-in checkbox). Once enabled, your athletes see a banner on their home inviting them to fill the form each week. The planning Check-in tab is for browsing responses and configuring questions (see Weekly check-in). Not available on one-shots.
