Access your profile

Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Profile photo

Tap your avatar to change the photo. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC. Max size: 100 MB.

Personal info

Personal info section:

• Name: shown to coaches and on leaderboards.
• Email: your login.
• Weight, height, date of birth (16+ required), weight goal.

Theme

• Light: white background.
• Dark: dark background, ideal in the gym.
• Auto: follows your phone's system setting.

Language

French or English. Applies to the whole interface.

Unit system

• Metric: kg, meters, cm.
• Imperial: lbs, feet, inches.

Changes how scores, records, weight and height are displayed across the app.

Security

Change your password from settings. You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) with an app like Google Authenticator.

Notifications

Manage push notifications from your phone's system settings (see Push notifications).
