Manage subscriptions and account

See your programs
From your profile, open My programs. You see all your enrollments:
- Program name and logo.
- Coach space name.
- Status: active, paused, canceled, expired.
- Monthly price (for subscriptions).
- Next renewal date.
Pause a subscription
Going on holiday, recovering from an injury, or just need a break? You can suspend the subscription instead of cancelling it.
- From My programs, open the program menu.
- Tap Pause.
- Pick a duration between 1 and 12 weeks, then a reason.
Stripe stops billing for the entire pause. Resume happens automatically on the chosen date. You can also resume earlier from the Paused banner on your home screen.
During the pause: no access to the daily plan, but messaging with your coach stays open. Records, history and data remain intact.
Cancel a subscription
- From My programs, tap the program.
- Tap Cancel.
- Confirm.
You keep access until the end of the billed period. No charge at next renewal. For a temporary break (injury, holiday), pause is a better fit.
During a free trial
Canceling during the trial means losing access at the end of the trial (no charge at the end).
One-shot programs
One-shots are one-time payments. No subscription to manage: you keep access indefinitely.
Change payment method
No dedicated interface in the app. If your card expired, wait for the Stripe failed-payment email and follow the link to update your card. Or cancel and re-enroll with the new card.
Contact your coach
From the programs list, a link opens messaging with the program's coach team.
Delete your account
- From your profile, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
All your active Stripe subscriptions are canceled automatically. All your data (scores, records, messages, PRs) is permanently deleted. Irreversible.
