Suspended account: understand and appeal

What you see

If your account is suspended, you can no longer sign in. The Account suspended page shows the reason and, when there are any, the facts relied on. An email detailing the decision is also sent to you.

Possible reasons

• Fraud or attempted fraud.
• Abusive use of the platform.
• Illegal content.
• Payment risk or repeated unpaid charges.
• Breach of the terms and conditions.

Every suspension is decided by a person on the Unbrokn team, never by an automated system.

Contest the decision

1. Reply to the suspension email, or write to contact@unbrokn.fit.
2. Explain your situation and attach anything that helps.
3. A person reviews your request, and you get an email when your account is reinstated.

You can also turn to an out-of-court dispute resolution body or the competent court.

Your subscriptions

The suspension does not cancel your running subscriptions: they keep being charged. To cancel one, write to contact@unbrokn.fit.
