Access finance

Side menu, Finance. Requires a connected Stripe account. Available to head coach and accountant roles.

Transactions tab

The list of your athletes with billing data:

• Name and avatar.
• Programs enrolled in.
• Enrollment status (active, paused, canceled, expired).
• Enrollment date.
• Monthly amount or one-time amount.
• Promo code and ambassador used (if any).

Search and filter

Search by name, filters by status. Export the list if needed.

Statistics

Three KPIs at the top:

• Monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
• Active athletes.
• Average revenue per athlete.

Stripe dashboard

Stripe dashboard button opens your Stripe interface: detailed payment history, payouts, invoices, refunds, and disputes. Pure payment management happens on the Stripe side.
