Refund an athlete and withdrawal right

Unbrokn does not collect your sales
Your athletes' payments go straight to your Stripe account. Unbrokn takes no commission and cannot refund on your behalf: you refund, from Stripe.
Refund an athlete
- If the athlete must not be charged again, stop their subscription first: Finance page, transaction ⋮ menu, Stop working with this athlete (or Remove athlete from an individual coaching planning). A refund alone does not stop the subscription.
- Open your Stripe account: Finance, Settings, View my Stripe account, or dashboard.stripe.com.
- In Payments, find the payment and click Refund (full or partial).
- A full refund sets the enrollment to Refunded in Unbrokn: the athlete loses access and no longer counts toward your plan limit. A partial refund changes nothing on the Unbrokn side.
The athlete is credited back on their card, usually within a few business days depending on their bank.
The withdrawal box
Before any paid purchase, your athlete ticks a box, timestamped and repeated in their confirmation email:
- One-shot (digital content): they request immediate access and acknowledge losing their 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Semi-personal and individual coaching (service): they ask for the coaching to start right away. If they withdraw within 14 days, they pay the share of coaching already provided, and you refund the rest.
The full rules are in the terms and conditions. Your seller information also shows before payment: see Seller identity and paid publishing.
