Team, settings and security

Access settings

Settings icon at the bottom of the side menu. The modal opens with 3 tabs: Profile, Team, Legal.

Profile tab

• Profile photo, name, email.
• Password: change your password (current password required).
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.) and enter the 6-digit code to activate. Note the backup codes somewhere safe.
• Language: French or English.
• Unit system: metric or imperial.

Team tab

Manage members of your space (head coach only):

• Invite a member: email + role. Invitation valid for 7 days.
• Change a role of an existing member.
• Remove a member.
• Cancel a pending invitation.

Roles

• Head coach: full access. A space can't exist without at least one head coach.
• Coach: planning, programs, messaging. No access to team management or destructive actions.
• Accountant: read-only on financial data.

Multi-space

If you're a member of multiple spaces (or head coach of several organizations), a space switcher appears at the top of the side menu.

Legal tab

Links to legal notices, privacy, terms, cookies. Account deletion button.

Delete your account

1. Legal tab, Delete my account button.
2. Confirm with your password.

All your active Stripe subscriptions are canceled before deletion. Action irreversible.

You can't delete your account if you're the only head coach of a space with other members or active athletes. Transfer the role or remove members/athletes first.
