How it works

Each answer option awards points to one or more disciplines. Once the 6 questions are done, the algorithm sums the scores and ranks disciplines from most to least relevant. You get your top 3 with an affinity score (best = 100%).

The 7 disciplines covered by Unbrokn

  • CrossFit: varied workouts (AMRAP, EMOM, For Time), strength + cardio + gymnastics. Box community.
  • HYROX: running and timed station workouts (wall ball, sled push, burpees). Race prep or hybrid conditioning.
  • Powerlifting: Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Linear or periodized cycles (5/3/1, Sheiko, RPE).
  • Weightlifting: PPL, Upper/Lower splits, hypertrophy, supersets. Aesthetics and mass.
  • Calisthenics and street lifting: statics (planche, front lever), dynamics (muscle-up), bodyweight + extra load.
  • Sports physio: rehab, post-injury follow-up, individualized protocols. In-clinic or remote.
  • Athletic preparation: multi-sport (football, rugby, running, etc.), macro/meso/micro cycles, field tests.

Multiple disciplines possible?

Yes. Many athletes combine: strength as a base + crossfit for conditioning, or weightlifting for mass + calisthenics for skills. On Unbrokn, you can follow multiple programs in parallel. The quiz just gives you the starting priority.
