Join a program

Semi-personal or one-shot

1. Open the link shared by your coach, or your coach's page.
2. On the program page, review description, price, type, plans.
3. Tap the button on the program page: Subscribe, X days free trial, Buy program or Join for free, depending on the program.
4. For semi-perso, pick your plan when several are offered: Monthly or a commitment of 2 to 12 months. The per-month equivalent and the saving are shown.
5. Apply a promo code if you have one (dedicated field at checkout).
6. Complete payment on Stripe (in your browser, see Payment and App Store).
7. The program appears in your app. A one-shot starts on the day you buy it.

Individual coaching (perso)

1. Open the program page. The monthly price, or a "From" price, shows under the name when the coach set one.
2. Fill in the questionnaire (name, email, then the coach's questions) and send your request.
3. Your coach reviews it. They may build your programming before writing to you.
4. You get an email with your price and a payment link, valid for 60 days. Log in with the email address that received the link.
5. Open the link in your browser and confirm. If your coach offers the coaching, you accept without a card.
6. The program shows in your app.

Link expired? Ask your coach to resend it: it is valid for another 60 days.

Free invitation

Your coach can invite you for free by email. The link is valid for 60 days. Log in or sign up with the address that received the invitation: the program is added to your app. Some programs are also free for everyone, with a Join for free button.

Free trial

If the program offers a trial (monthly plan of a semi-perso), you access everything without being charged during the period. Subscription starts automatically at the end. Cancel before the end to avoid charges.

Installments

Depending on the payment methods your coach has enabled and your eligibility, installments via Klarna may be offered on one-shot programs. Your access opens once the payment is confirmed.

Before paying

The payment page shows the seller's identity (your coach) and a box about your right of withdrawal: see Withdrawal and refunds. If your coach set the date of your first charge, it shows under the price: see Deferred first charge.

Promo code

If your coach gave you a promo code, enter it in the dedicated field at checkout. The discount applies immediately.
