Filling in your weekly check-in
Last updated: July 30, 2026
What it's for
The weekly check-in is a form your coach can enable to collect regular feedback: fatigue, pain, sleep, motivation, weight, etc. It's an easy way to keep your coach in the loop without writing a long message.
How it's triggered
If your coach enabled check-in, a banner shows up on your home screen on reminder day (typically Sunday). You also get a push notification.
Fill it out
- Tap the banner or go to the Check-in tab (bottom nav).
- If you're enrolled in multiple spaces, pick the relevant one.
- Answer the questions. Some are required, others optional.
- Submit.
Weight and history
If a question asks for your weight, the value is automatically added to your weight history (visible in your profile).
Prefill and health data
Numeric questions carry over last week's answer to save you time. On the mobile app, the steps and active calories questions offer a button to import your weekly average from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).
Monthly check-in
Your coach can set some questions as monthly (progress photos, measurements, performance review). Every 4 weeks, the monthly check-in replaces the weekly one.
Edit a submitted check-in
If you return to the check-in page during the same week, you find your form pre-filled. Edit and resubmit.
History
One check-in per week is kept. Your coach sees the evolution over time to spot trends.
Not showing up?
If your coach didn't enable check-in, the Check-in tab doesn't appear. Ask them if they want to enable it.
