Where to fill these in
From your Profile → Personal info, you can enter:
- Weight (kg or lbs).
- Height (cm or ft/in).
- Date of birth (you must be at least 16).
- Weight goal (optional).
Weight history
Every time you update your weight, an entry is added to your history. A graph shows your trend over time.
Weight via weekly check-in
If your coach has a "weight" question in their check-in, the submitted weight is automatically added to your history.
View your history
From your profile, a Weight button or a graph in Evolution shows your curve.
What your coach sees
Your coach has access to your weight and history. Useful to adapt programming in cut, bulk or maintenance phases.
Units
Toggle between metric and imperial in your profile. The same weight is converted to the chosen unit.
Calibrate your target calories
To pilot a cut, maintain or bulk, the TDEE and macros calculator gives your basal metabolic rate, daily need and recommended protein/carb/fat split for your goal.
