Access your records
From the Profile tab, open Records. Manage all your PRs here.
Categories
- Weightlifting: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Front Squat, etc. (kg or lbs).
- Gym: Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, Handstand Walk, etc. (reps).
- Cardio: Row, Bike, Run, Ski, etc. (time or distance).
- Strength: Bench Press, Deadlift, Strict Press, etc. (kg or lbs).
The library contains around 60 exercises split across 4 categories.
Add a record
- Search for the exercise (search bar or category filters).
- Tap + next to the exercise.
- Enter your value, submit.
For kg exercises, a reps selector (1 to 6) appears: if you have never tested your real 1RM, enter the load of a heavy 3RM or 5RM and the app computes and stores your estimated 1RM (Brzycki formula). Reps defaults to 1, so nothing changes if you already know your true 1RM.
Add from a block
If a block references an exercise (e.g. "Back Squat 5x5 @80%"), you can save a new PR directly from the block via the dedicated button.
History and graph
Tap an exercise to see the full history (date + value). With 2+ entries, a progression graph is available.
Edit or delete
Tap a history entry to edit or delete it.
Auto load calculation
When a block references a percentage ("70% of 1RM Back Squat" or "90% VMA"), the app computes your load or target pace from your PRs. Keep them up to date.
Never tested your real 1RM? Estimate it from a heavy set with the 1RM calculator (Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi formulas). For your VMA, use the VMA calculator (Cooper, half-Cooper, VAMEVAL).
Units
Units follow your system (metric or imperial), configurable in your profile settings.
Coach notification
When you break a record, a notification is sent to your coach. Good reason to log it.
