Unbrokn Score

A global indicator from 0 to 100 reflecting your progress. Built from 4 sub-scores:

  • Strength (30%): PR progression in weightlifting and strength.
  • Skill (25%): Rx rate and progression in gymnastics.
  • Cardio (25%): PR progression in cardio.
  • Consistency (20%): how steady your training is.

Period selector

Pick the analysis window: 4 weeks, 12 weeks or 6 months. All graphs recompute.

Training streak

The number of consecutive weeks with at least one session. Your streak record is also shown. Good for staying consistent.

Activity calendar

A heatmap shows your sessions over the last 12 weeks. Darker = more trained that day.
