Semi-personal

The most common format. Multiple athletes follow the same program, continuously updated by the coach.

  • Recurring subscription: monthly, 6-month (-10%) or annual (-20%) depending on what the coach offers.
  • Shared content: all athletes see the same blocks at the same time.
  • You join mid-stream and see content from your enrollment date onward, not retroactively.
  • Access to leaderboard and scoring.
  • Cancelable anytime from your profile.

One-shot

Fixed-duration program (8, 12 weeks, etc.) with one-time payment.

  • One-time payment: pay once, keep access.
  • Installment options 2x, 3x or 4x interest-free via Klarna.
  • Pick your start date at enrollment.
  • Relative days: Day 1, Day 2... adjusted to your start.
  • All blocks prepared before sale.
  • No scoring, no leaderboard, no session notes (self-served format).

Personal

100% tailored program.

  • The coach builds a plan adapted to your goals, level and availability.
  • Enrollment via a questionnaire: the coach sets the price and emails you a payment link.
  • Monthly subscription at the price your coach sets.
  • You're the only athlete in this program.
  • Your coach can define specific training days (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri). Other days appear grayed out.

Trial period

Some programs offer up to 30 free days. During the trial, you access everything. At the end, the subscription starts automatically. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
