Reminder before a commitment renews

Why you get this email

When you commit for a set period, French consumer law requires that you are notified before the end so you can choose not to renew (article L. 215-1 of the Consumer Code). Unbrokn sends this reminder about 35 days before the end of the period.

Two cases

• Prepaid commitment offer (semi-personal, 2 to 12 months): if you do nothing, the offer renews for the same length at the stated price. You get a reminder before each period.
• Initial commitment on individual coaching: at the end of the commitment, your subscription continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time.

What the email contains

• The program, your coach and the end date of the period.
• The length and amount of the next period.
• The deadline to cancel without renewing.
• An Open My programs button.

Do not renew

Cancel before the stated date from My programs: see Cancel a subscription in 3 steps. You keep access until the end of the current period, then nothing more is charged.

No reminder?

No reminder is sent for a monthly subscription without commitment, or for a program that is paused, already cancelled or free.
