Messaging with your athletes

Access messaging
The messaging panel opens from the messaging icon in the side menu. It floats on top of the page so you can keep working in parallel.
1:1 conversations
One conversation per athlete enrolled in your space. All coaches of the team share the same conversations: messages are visible to the entire coaching team. Each message shows its author.
Program channels
For each program, a channel groups all its athletes. You post once, all enrolled athletes receive it. They can't write in the channel (read-only), but they can react with emojis.
Send messages
- Text: classic, real-time.
- Photo / video: up to 100 MB per file.
- Voice message: hold the mic button to record. Voice messages are transcribed automatically into text for easier reading.
Reply to a message
Long-press or right-click on a message, pick Reply. The quoted message appears above your reply to keep context.
Reactions
Long-press a message to react with an emoji (8 available). Toggle to add/remove your reaction.
Delete a message
Delete your own messages via long-press. Permanent.
Conversation tags
Create tags (name + color) to organize your conversations: "Injury", "New", "VIP", etc. Assign a tag to each conversation to find them faster. Tags are shared across all coaches in the space.
Unread messages
A counter appears on the messaging icon. Messages are marked read automatically when you open the conversation.
Media rate limit
20 media uploads (images/videos/voice) per hour per user. If you hit the cap, you can still send text.
