Messaging with your athletes

Access messaging

Floating Messaging button at the bottom right of every dashboard page. The panel floats over the page, you can move it and keep working.

1:1 conversations

One conversation per athlete enrolled in your space. All coaches of the team share the same conversations: messages are visible to the entire coaching team. Each message shows its author.

Program channels

For each program, a channel groups all its athletes. You post once, all enrolled athletes receive it. They can't write in the channel (read-only), but they can react with emojis.

Send messages

• Text: classic, real-time.
• Photo / video: up to 100 MB per file.
• Voice message: click the mic to start, the plane to send, the cross to cancel. On a received voice message, the captions icon transcribes it on demand. Playback at x1, x1.5 or x2.

Reply to a message

Hover the message (or long-press on mobile), then click the Reply arrow. The quoted message shows above your reply.

Reactions

Hover a message (or long-press on mobile) to react with an emoji (8 available). Toggle to add/remove your reaction.

Delete a message

Delete your own messages on hover (or via long-press on mobile). Permanent.

Conversation tags

Create tags (name + color) to organize your conversations: "Injury", "New", "VIP", etc. Assign a tag to each conversation to find them faster. Tags are shared across all coaches in the space.

Search and filter

Search bar at the top of the list, Filter button by tag or by program. A conversation holds one tag at a time.

Read receipts

In a conversation, Read shows under your last message. In a channel, you see Read by followed by first names. The bell in the header mutes a channel for you only.

Unread messages

A counter appears on the floating Messaging button. Messages are marked read automatically when you open the conversation.

Media rate limit

20 media uploads (images/videos/voice) per hour per user. If you hit the cap, you can still send text.
