See your athletes

From a program, open the Athletes tab. Each athlete shows name, avatar, enrollment status (Pending, Active, Paused, Payment failed, Stopped, Refunded) and enrollment date.

Search and filter

Search bar by name or email, filters by status. Handy on large programs.

Stop a subscription

Athletes tab, athlete ⋮ menu, Stop subscription. It takes effect immediately: the Stripe subscription is cancelled and the athlete loses access right away. No automatic refund: see Refund an athlete and withdrawal right. On individual coaching, the same action lives in the planning (athlete pill ⋮ menu, Remove athlete).

Pause an athlete

Rather than stop, you can suspend a subscription temporarily (injury, holiday). From the Athletes tab, athlete menu, action Pause. Pick a duration between 1 and 12 weeks. Stripe stops billing, the athlete sees a Paused banner in their app and keeps access to messaging. You can resume it yourself or let it resume automatically on the scheduled date.

Send a push notification

Semi-perso: bell icon of the planning, to all active athletes. Individual coaching: athlete pill ⋮ menu, Send a notification. 500 characters max, option to also send by email. The same athlete cannot get two notifications within 30 seconds. Not available on one-shots.

Add an athlete manually (individual coaching)

You can add an athlete without going through the form: planning, Athletes tab or Answers tab, New athlete button, then Create manually. Fill in name, email and price (prefilled with the program's default price). The athlete receives an email with a payment link. Commitment and first charge date: see Initial commitment and first charge date.

Untick Send the sign-up link now to build their program before notifying them. They then show as Not invited, with Price to set if you have not priced them yet. You send the link later from the planning (plane icon) or the athlete's ⋮ menu. A link never goes out without a price.

Offer a perso program for free

To give free access, enter a price of 0. The athlete gets a direct activation link, no payment.

Invite for free (semi-perso and one-shot)

Athletes tab, New athlete button, then Invite for free (or Add manually on a one-shot). Enter the email and, optionally, an access end date. The activation link is valid for 60 days and only works with that email address. If the athlete already has an account, they also get a push notification.

Pending responses (individual coaching)

The Answers tab lists all form submissions. The price is prefilled with your default price. You can adjust it, send the payment link or pick Program before sending the link, resend, and change the price as long as the athlete has not paid.

Your plan's athlete limit

Your Unbrokn plan caps the number of athletes (10 on One, unlimited on Unlimited). What counts: active, paused and payment-failed athletes, plus those you added who are pending sign-up, free ones included. Free invitations not yet accepted, stopped and refunded athletes do not count, and neither does your test athlete. Once the cap is reached, new enrollments are blocked until you upgrade or some enrollments end. Existing athletes are never cut off.

Delete a program

You can only delete a program if it has no active or paused athlete. Stop the subscriptions first, then delete.

Follow an athlete

Injuries and negative moods show up in your notifications. On individual coaching, the athlete pill ⋮ menu opens their Evolution, their Records (PRs) and their check-ins. You can also enter their data: see Enter an athlete's data.
