See your athletes
From a program, open the Athletes tab. Each athlete shows name, avatar, enrollment status (active, paused, canceled, expired, refunded) and enrollment date.
Search and filter
Search bar by name or email, filters by status. Handy on large programs.
Cancel an enrollment
From the Athletes tab, you can cancel an athlete's subscription. Stripe cancels at the end of the current period: the athlete keeps access until then, then the subscription ends with no renewal.
Pause an athlete
Rather than cancel, you can suspend a subscription temporarily (injury, holiday). From the Athletes tab, athlete menu, action Pause. Pick a duration between 1 and 12 weeks. Stripe stops billing, the athlete sees a Paused banner in their app and keeps access to messaging. You can resume yourself via Resume pause or let it auto-resume at the scheduled date.
Send a push notification
From an athlete's card, send a push notification (option to also send an email). Useful for schedule changes, important messages, etc. Rate-limited to 1 per hour per athlete.
Add an athlete manually (perso)
For perso programs, add an athlete without going through the questionnaire: Athletes tab or Responses tab, Add athlete button, fill name + email + price. The athlete receives an email with a payment link.
Offer a perso program for free
On the manual-add screen, tick Offer for free instead of entering a price. The athlete receives a direct activation link (no payment). The enrollment is tracked as "free invitation" in your stats. Free means free: no Unbrokn fee.
Invite an athlete for free (any program type)
From a program's settings (semi-perso, one-shot or perso), open the Invite athlete for free dropdown. Fill the email, optionally set an access expiry. The athlete receives an email with an activation link valid 60 days. If the athlete already has an account, they also get a push notification. Free means free: no Unbrokn fee.
Pending responses (perso)
The Responses tab lists all questionnaire submissions. Set a price, resend the email, change the price as long as the athlete hasn't paid.
Delete a program
You can only delete a program if it has no active athlete. Cancel all enrollments first, then delete.
Injuries and mood
Injuries and negative moods show up in your notifications. For the full history per athlete, open their profile.
