One-shot program
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Format
A one-shot program has a fixed duration (in weeks), fully built before selling. All content is ready, athletes go through it at their own pace.
One-time payment
The athlete pays once and keeps access indefinitely. No subscription, no cancellation.
Installment payments (Klarna)
Klarna lets your athletes pay in 2x, 3x or 4x interest-free. Offered automatically at checkout for eligible one-shots.
Relative days
The planning uses relative days (Day 1, Day 2... Day N) instead of calendar dates. Each athlete picks their own start date at enrollment, and content shifts accordingly.
Duration in weeks
Set the total duration (e.g. 8 or 12 weeks) in settings. Required to publish.
What changes for athletes
Your athletes log scores and complete their sessions (mood, RPE, duration, notes, media) just like on a semi-perso. However, on one-shots:
- No leaderboard across athletes (everyone runs on their own start date).
- No Rx / Scaled toggle.
- No weekly check-in.
- No injury report in the session debrief (use messaging instead).
- No pausing (one-time payment, nothing to suspend).
Who it's for
Best for: short challenges ("30-day abs"), specific strength cycles, competition prep, themed hypertrophy cycles.
