Configure a program

Access settings

From Programs, click on a program to open its settings modal. It has multiple tabs depending on the type.

Settings tab

• Name, editable anytime.
• Description in rich text.
• Banner and logo (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, etc.).
• Visibility: Visible (marketplace) or Hidden.
• Price in euros, minimum €5 (semi-perso and one-shot).
• Trial period: 0 to 30 free days (semi-perso only).
• Plans: toggle 6-month (-10%) and annual (-20%) alongside monthly (semi-perso).
• Rhythm: days per week, sessions per day, average duration.
• Duration in weeks (one-shot only).
• Level, language, category.

Publishing requirements

To make a program visible, you need:

• A connected and verified Stripe account.
• A name.
• A price of at least €5 (semi-perso / one-shot).
• Days/week and sessions/day defined.
• For one-shot: a duration in weeks.
• For perso: at least 2 questions in the questionnaire.

Description isn't mandatory to publish, but strongly recommended.

From the programs list, select multiple programs to change visibility, duplicate, or delete (only if no active athletes).
