Semi-personal program

Format

A semi-personal program is an ongoing program shared across multiple athletes. You keep updating the planning over time, all your athletes see the same content at the same time.

Recurring subscription

Athletes subscribe with the plan you enable:

  • Monthly: always active, cancelable anytime.
  • 6-month: -10% vs monthly. Optional.
  • Annual: -20%. Optional.

Toggle plans from the program settings.

Trial period

Offer up to 30 free trial days (monthly only). During the trial, athletes have full access. At the end, the subscription starts automatically.

Mid-cycle join

An athlete who joins mid-cycle sees content from their enrollment date onward. They can't go back into past weeks.

Scoring and leaderboard

Scoring and leaderboard are available. Enable them block by block from the planning. Athletes can compare performances (see Leaderboard and scoring).

Weekly check-in

You can enable the weekly check-in to collect regular feedback from your athletes (fatigue, pain, motivation, etc.). See Weekly check-in.

Best for: CrossFit, weightlifting, HYROX, calisthenics, conditioning. Perfect for coaches who want to scale their business without creating 50 separate plannings.
