Check out today's blocks
On the home screen, the day's workout blocks show up as cards. Each card has:
- Block title and description.
- Workout type (For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, etc.).
- Timecap if there's one.
- Expected scoring method.
- Media (images, YouTube videos, uploaded videos).
- Coach notes (intent, scaling, tips).
View a media
Tap an image or video to open it in a lightbox. YouTube videos play directly in the app.
Auto load and pace calculation
If a block references a PR percentage (e.g. "75% of 1RM Back Squat" or "90% VMA"), the app computes the load or target pace from your saved PRs. For VMA, the pace shows in km/h and min/km. Make sure you've logged your records in Profile → Records to benefit.
Switch day or week
Tap another day in the week strip to see its blocks. Arrows to change week. You can look ahead at future content (once your coach has published it).
Week display
- Perso and semi-perso: Mon-Sun, aligned with the real date.
- One-shot: D1-D7 (days relative to your start). D1 = the day you started, D7 = seven days later. No calendar date.
Rest day
If a day has no blocks, a "Rest day" message shows up. Take the recovery.
Custom training days (perso)
On perso programs, your coach can define specific days (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri). Other days appear grayed out.
