Complete a session

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Mark the session as done

Once all your blocks are logged, tap Complete session at the bottom of the home screen.

Your mood

Pick an emoji:

  • Hard: very tough session.
  • Meh: not your best day.
  • Ok: normal, nothing special.
  • Good: solid session.
  • Great: outstanding session.

Your coach sees this and can adapt upcoming sessions.

Your RPE (effort on a 1 to 10 scale)

Enter your perceived effort on the Borg 1 to 10 scale:

  • 1 to 3: very easy to moderate. Warm-up, mobility, active recovery.
  • 4 to 6: moderate to hard. Endurance, volume conditioning.
  • 7 to 8: hard. Main session, intervals, heavy strength.
  • 9 to 10: very hard to maximal. Competition, test, drained session.

Different from mood: mood reflects general feeling (fun, energy), RPE measures perceived intensity. Combined with session duration, RPE feeds your training load calculation (Foster sRPE) and the ACWR that helps your coach dose what comes next.

Session duration

Enter how many minutes the session lasted, warm-up and cool-down included. If part of it was passive (chats, waiting for equipment), don't count it. Active time is what feeds the load calculation.

Report an injury

Use the injury field to describe any pain or injury during the session. Your coach gets notified immediately. See Report an injury for more details.

Free notes

The notes field lets you write anything to your coach: comments, questions, adjustments.

Media

Attach up to 2 files (photos or videos). Handy to send a technique video or a performance proof.

After submission

The session is marked done: green check on the day, confetti, and a notification sent to your coach.

Edit a completed session

Tap the "Session complete" badge to reopen the modal and edit mood, notes or media. The coach sees the updates.

Undo completion

You can undo the session completion from the modal (Undo completion button). The session flips back to incomplete, your mood and notes are deleted.

One-shot

On one-shot programs, session completion (mood, notes, media) isn't available. The format is self-served.
