Access the timer
Floating timer button on the home screen. Tap to open, pick the type.
Stopwatch (free)
Counts up indefinitely. Start, pause, reset whenever. For timing any activity.
Time Cap
Countdown from a duration you set. Beep at zero. Ideal for a For Time workout with a cap.
AMRAP
As Many Rounds As Possible. Set the duration, the timer counts down. A round counter helps you track your rounds manually. Beep at the end.
EMOM
Every Minute On the Minute. Set the number of rounds and the round duration (typically 1 minute). The app beeps at each round start. Perfect for interval workouts.
Tabata
Work / rest alternation (default 20s / 10s, 8 rounds). Set your parameters, the app handles transitions and sound signals.
Mini mode
While a timer runs, you can minimize it to a floating pill to keep browsing your blocks. Tap it to reopen in full.
Fullscreen
Fullscreen button displays the timer large, great for placing your phone on the edge of the mat during a workout.
Sound and vibration
Sound signals and vibration can be muted. The timer keeps running in the background even when the app is minimized (it pins to system clock time).
