Log a score
On an exercise with scoring:
- Tap the Score button on the exercise card.
- Enter your value based on the scoring method (time, reps, weight, distance, etc.).
- Pick Rx or Scaled if offered.
- Add notes if useful.
- Choose if you want to appear on the leaderboard (default yes).
- Save.
Rx vs Scaled
- Rx: you did it exactly as prescribed, no adaptation.
- Scaled: you adapted (lighter loads, simplified movements).
Important for Rx progression over time and for differentiating scores on the leaderboard.
Timecap reached
On exercises with a timecap, if you didn't finish in time, a Finished / Timecap reached toggle appears. Pick Timecap reached and enter your alternative score (e.g. reps done).
Special scorings
- Validation: auto-saves as "done", nothing to enter.
- Text: free-form answer.
Units
Units adapt to your system (metric or imperial, configurable in Profile).
Leaderboard visibility
Uncheck if you want your score private (saved for your coach, hidden from others).
Edit a score
Tap Score again to edit or delete.
No scoring available
- Exercises with scoring None: no Score button.
- One-shot programs: you log scores normally, but there is no leaderboard.
The Rx/Scaled toggle only appears on semi-perso programs, and only on For Time, AMRAP or Circuit exercises. It's not offered on perso programs (where the coach already prescribes the version adapted to you), nor on one-shots.
