Report an injury

When to report

Any time you feel pain or discomfort during a session, report it. Your coach can adapt upcoming sessions (avoid a movement, reduce load, etc.).

How to report

  1. Open the session completion modal (Complete session button or tap on a completed day).
  2. Use the Injury field.
  3. Describe: affected area, type of pain, intensity, triggering movement.
  4. Submit.

Immediate effect

Your coach gets a notification with the details. The injury appears on their dashboard until resolved.

Edit or remove

Reopen the session modal: erase or edit the injury text, then submit. An empty field removes the associated injury.

Injuries not tied to a session

If you have an injury not tied to a specific session, just message your coach directly via messaging.

Confidentiality

Your injury report is shared only with the coaches of your space. It doesn't show up publicly anywhere.
