Unbrokn dashboard preview

Built for your discipline.

The Strivee alternative. Unbrokn is built for functional fitness coaches and CrossFit® boxes and affiliates. Build your WODs with AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Supersets, Circuits and Tabata blocks. Athletes log their scores from the app, specify Rx or Scaled on metcon blocks, and see the leaderboard if you enable it. They save their PRs (Back Squat, Clean, Snatch, Deadlift and more) in their space. When you write a load as "% of 1RM" in a block, each athlete sees their own computed load. Built-in AMRAP, For Time, EMOM and Tabata timers : each athlete runs their own from their phone.

The tools that change everything for you.

Native CrossFit blocks

AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Tabata, Superset, Circuit. Every format used in a box, already there.

One-click import from Strivee

Coming from Strivee? Move programs and athletes over in minutes with our import script. No manual copy-pasting, no password ever goes through Unbrokn.

Rx / Scaled

On every For Time, AMRAP or Circuit score, the athlete specifies Rx or Scaled. You see both side-by-side in tracking.

Optional leaderboard

Toggle per program. Great for intra-box competition, off for less competitive groups.

PR-based adaptive load

Drop a "% of 1RM Back Squat" reference in a block. Each athlete sees their load computed from their own PR. If the PR is missing, they're prompted to enter it in one tap.

PRs and progress curves

Back Squat, Clean, Snatch, Deadlift and more. Athletes log their PRs, you get notified on new records, curves show on their evolution page.

Built-in timer

Chrono, AMRAP, For Time, EMOM, Tabata. Each athlete runs their timer from their phone.

Semi-personalized for your box

Everyone follows the same WOD daily. Monthly subscription, automated billing.

Customizable weekly check-in

Fatigue, sleep, mobility, RPE, weigh-in, or any question you invent. Athletes answer in a minute, you adjust next week.

Box calendar or session-based planning

Classic calendar (Mon-Sun) for your box, or numbered sessions (S1, S2, S3) for athletes who don't follow the box rhythm.

Post-WOD debrief

At the end of the WOD, the athlete logs their mood and RPE on a 1-10 scale. You see how hard each session felt, without asking.

Weekly load in AU

Training load (sRPE) aggregates each week in Arbitrary Units. You spot the ramp-up before an Open or an intra-box competition.

Monotony and strain alerts

If routine becomes too flat or strain too high, you get an alert. Useful to break a plateau or prevent burnout.
