Unbrokn dashboard preview

Built for your discipline.

A Google Sheet alternative, Unbrokn is built for hybrid fitness racing coaches who train athletes with HYROX®-style simulation workouts, from first-timers to elite racers. Running intervals, station blocks (wall balls, sled push, sled pull, burpees broad jump, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, row, ski, run), mixed run + station sequences, functional strength blocks. Build your microcycles, track station times, dial in peak form for race day. The mobile app gives your athletes their WODs, their times and your technical cues.

The tools that change everything for you.

Race-ready blocks

For Time, AMRAP, station circuits, running intervals. HYROX language natively supported.

Paces in %VMA

Write "90% VMA" in a block description, each athlete sees their target pace in km/h and min/km from their saved VMA. Useful for intervals and run prep.

Station time tracking

Athletes log wall balls, sled, burpees, farmers times. You see progress and weak points before race day.

Periodized cycles

Microcycles and mesocycles, vary volumes, hit peak on the right date.

Endurance and strength mix

Mixed blocks to simulate HYROX sequences. EMOM with run + skill, sled + run circuit.

Reusable templates

Save your favorite station blocks and reuse them cycle after cycle. Fast build.

Customizable weekly check-in

RPE, sleep, leg feel, perceived load, or any question you want. Spot overtraining before it breaks your prep.

Hybrid coaching

Mobile app for remote athletes, integrated messaging to adjust between sessions.

Flexible payment

One-shot program with Klarna installments, or monthly subscription for a full season.

Free prep cycle or fixed days

Calendar (Mon-Sun) for athletes on fixed days, or numbered sessions (S1, S2, S3) for prep cycles structured as X sessions/week without date constraints.

Session debrief with RPE and duration

After each session, the athlete logs RPE (1-10), actual duration and mood. You can compare run sessions vs station sessions without asking.

Pre-race load in AU

Weekly load (sRPE) aggregates over 12 weeks. You pilot the ramp-up to race day and the taper before the start line.

ACWR for running and lifting

The acute:chronic workload ratio flags risky zones (>1.5). Useful to calibrate running volume without breaking your athletes.
